The Making of Giani NY x SNS Project
On January 29th, 2022, a collaboration between Giani NY and SNS (Sneakersnstuff) was launched globally.
This release consisted of rugs, t-shirts, hoodies, and upcycled reversible bomber jackets that came with Giani’s mascot sprayed on both sides, and a compact camera with co-branded artwork, embodying Giani’s slogan of “inspired by the uncertainty of how far our visions can take us.”
Graphics and packaging were a big focus for this project, along with the presentation and window displays in SNS store locations. In addition to completing the design work, Waqas was able to record the process: every zoom meeting, every production call, to each promotional video that followed.
As apart of the release, there was a full day of programming on SNS Radio where 9 artists put together their own special mix of songs. On the 29th, an event was held at SNS BAR in NY, with DJ’s and a few Guest Performances.
